We, at Free Online Conference Services thrive on our customer support. We use InetCommunicator's conferencing client and we use their Customer Support team which I am a support member and a webinar specialist. It is easy to aquire customer support.

  •    Go to Customer Support Page and select "new user"

  •    Check your email and Confirm your email address

  •    Go back to the support page and send a support request
        through the QMTP box listed on the page.

  •    A customer support team member will set up a time with
       you to answer all your questions or give you a demo.
